Four people have suffered minor injuries in small plane crash that happened on Florida beach on Monday, December 24.
A pilot, flight instructor, and two passengers were flying in single-engine Cessna aircraft which crashed and landed upside down on Haulover Beach's coast.
It took off from Fort Lauderdale Airport, Fort Lauderdale Hollywood Intl (FLL/KFLL) about an hour earlier at 1:00 p.m.
According to police, the airplane had engine failure around 30 minutes into the flight.
The aircraft crashed in front of lifeguard office. Rescuers were able to guide the passengers to safety.
The National Transportation Safety Board and Federal Aviation Administration are currently investigating the crash.
