A small airplane went down in Tokwane-Ngundu, Masvingo Province, Friday morning (November 23) killing 5 people including 4 tourists from Finland.
The Zimbabwean pilot of Cessna 182 aircraft, who died in the crash, was named as Barry Style.
Zimbabwe's Civil Aviation Authority sent accident investigators to the accident's scene.
The airplane crashed into rocky outcrop and broke apart. The bodies of the 5 victims were so dismembered that responders at the horrific scene thought they had 3 victims.
Style, according to his friends, was flying the 4 Finnish citizens from Buffalo Range Airport, Chiredzi to Victoria Falls when something catastrophic appears to have happened to the plane.
