Rossiya Airlines OJSC, also branded as Rossiya-Russian Airlines, is a Russian airline based in Saint Petersburg with its major hub located at Pulkovo Airport. Additional hubs of Rossiya Airlines are located at Moscow Vnukovo International Airport, Orenburg Tsentralny Airport and Rostov-on-Don Airport. Rossiya is Aeroflot's fully owned subsidiary.
Following the merger with Pulkovo Airlines, most of the scheduled flights are from Russia's 2nd-largest city, Saint Petersburg, where Pulkovo used to be the dominant airline, and now Rossiya continues to be. Moscow-based operations are predominantly non-scheduled, for state organisations, or Aeroflot-operated flights. Rossiya Airlines also continues the lead role of Pulkovo on the Moscow-St Petersburg route.
